My approach

My approach is utilizing modalities such as psychodynamic, mindfulness based, and family systems to promote a greater understanding of oneself, their lived experiences, and recognizing old patterns that may leave you feeling stuck in life and connection with others. Through active listening, curiosity, humor, and effective communication, I create a space that feels warm and supportive, encouraging growth, a greater self-awareness, and lasting change.

Therapy should feel like an exhale. A space where you don’t have to have it all together, where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, overwhelmed, or totally numb, and know it’s okay. This is your space to slow down, get curious, and work through the hard stuff without judgment. We’ll move at your pace, holding both the heaviness and the hope, one step at a time. Healing isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to do it alone.
